Now offering evening antenatal
classes in Milton Keynes, £20 per couple per session
We can now offer antenatal evening classes at Woolstone Community Centre, Central Milton Keynes. Classes consist of 4 individual sessions over a 4 week period. They are on Tuesday evenings from 7pm - 9.30pm. Sessions can be booked individually but if a 4 week course is booked couples are invited for a free reunion.
The aim of these antenatal classes is to provide practical advice and up to date information regarding labour, pain relief, positions and types of deliveries.
Our antenatal classes are ideal for first time parents but are also a good refresher.
Breast feeding and artificial feeding will be discussed in depth to provide the expectant parents with sufficient information to enable them to make an informed choice.
Issues arising during the early days with your baby are discussed and include, sleep; crying; emotions; practical baby care.
The antenatal classes will also inform the parents about tests and investigations that will occur.
Discharge policies and professional visiting for local areas will be discussed.
The teaching style delivered by us, is both relaxed and informal with
practical demonstrations, group participation and discussions.
